The TEAMS Cycle is Highland Park High School's Continuous Improvement Process used to coordinate, organize, monitor and evaluate HPHS's various school-wide initiatives.
The process has 5 Phases:
"T" represents the phase of Targeting the Desired Improvement
"E" represents the phase of Examining the Relevant Research and Best Practices
"A" represents the phase of creating and implementing an Action Plan
"M" represents the phase of Measuring Results and Modifying the Action Plan
"S" represents the phase of Sharing Knowledge Gained and Starting Over
